Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (not including weekends). If for any reason your order will take longer than this to be processed you will be informed by our Customer Care via email.

All Northern Irish & ROI orders are now sent through DPD 48 hour tracked delivery. Although we expect your order to arrive within this time scale, there are some delays to be expected due to the effect of COVID.

UK mainland orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class post. Orders should arrive within 3-5 working days, although also may be affected by delays within the postal service due to the effects of COVID.
